Travis Henry's Possible Suspension Continues to be Delayed

The possibility of losing Travis Henry for the season for violating the leagues substance abuse policy continues to play out in the courts. The Denver Post reports an NFL spokesman confirmed Henry's league appeal date has been rescheduled for a later date. The hearing is now set to be presented on November 16th in New York, but there is no guarantee that the date would not be pushed back again. The new date of the hearing is 3 days before the Broncos host the Tennessee Titans on Monday Night at Mile High. However, a final decision on Henry's future might not be decided until weeks after the NFL hearing date. Bottom line is Henry's legal battle might prolong his season until week 13 or 14. The results of this hearing will significantly impact the franchises decision to keep Henry after the 2007 season, especially if Selvin Young continues to improve.
