Yorvit Torrealba Expected to Sign with Mets

ESPN is reporting that Yorvit Torrealba has agreed to a 3 year 15 million dollar deal with the New York Mets. The Ex-Rockies catcher played very well for them last season and was rewarded with a very nice new deal. I don't think the Rockies were willing to pay that much for a catcher that doesn't hit consistently and can't throw out base stealers. Thanks for the great year Yorvit and good luck to you next season. The Rockies might go after Paul Lo Duca or possibly give the reigns to Chris Iannetta.
